The location was really good, with easy access to the train station and fine beach views right from our room.
The shower was quite small, and the rail felt a bit insecure, a slight inconvenience .

The hotel features a fine Art Deco room design and excellent air conditioning. The shower was quite small and unstable.

Walking distance from train station. Staff helpful and most spoke some English.
Cleanliness of bathroom needs to be improved. It must have been a long time since the shower doors were closed to be cleaned . Please ask cleaners to step inside shower and close the doors to clean panels. Noisy pub below our room at night. The drainpipe above our bedroom in a thunderstorm was extremely noisy.

We stayed in Rapallo for two nights in this hotel and liked it very much. The hotel reception was always helpful and very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. The only minor point to notice is a very small shower cabin. Miro Hotel is very conviniently located near the train station and we made a mistake of taking a taxi when arrived to Rapallo, its indeed a very short walk down to the seaside, so dont waste your money on taxi ride...besides on weekends the main road leading to the hotel is closed, so the taxi will not even take you to the entrance. The breakfast was very good in a restaurant right next door to the hotel entrace and it was included in the price of a room. We definitely would recommend this place to stay, very convinient and very pleasant stay.

The beach front location was amazing, just steps away from the promenade. Room layout felt spacious, and the bed provided ultimate comfort for a restful night. The staff genuinely cared, offering helpful recommendations for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast, however, didn't meet expectations. Charging €6 each for limited options felt excessive, especially when the bakery next door had so many fresh choices. The shower size was another drawback. It was cramped and had a slightly unstable rail. Noise from early morning trash collection in the alley behind was disruptive, breaking the peaceful ambiance. Those were minor annoyances in an otherwise lovely stay. Cleanliness was up to standard throughout the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay with a lovely sea view room and the breakfast included was a delightful treat. However, the shower was rather snug, which was a minor inconvenience.

Staff/ family run, very helpful and warm. the room was nice but at the back overlooking a small lane and very noisy. The lack of a mini bar fridge was disappointing and no resaturant made the room expensive.
Location at the back, and no lift, this is a small hotel of 6-1- rooms on the first floor above a commercial shop and restaurant. But the operators were more then helpful and very pleasant.

Perfect location at a walkable distance from the train station, right on the beach! We got an upgrade to a sea view room that was a lovely surprise. The room was comfortable, even with our big luggage. Great value for money! We had a lovely stay.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Located directly across the street from the ferry line and water front. Perfect access to all restaurants and shops in Rapallo. The room was very nice and had its own separate air conditioning unit, which I've never seen in any hotel in Italy.

Well located on Rapallo's waterfront. Easy walk from the station and friendly staff.
Lack of internet access that was promised on Booked.net website. We chose this hotel based on access to internet and it was provided only once during our two night stay. Internet was only available on the hotel's computer so felt very uncomfortable using it when we did.Breakfast was terrible - nothinbg more than juice, jam, bread and coffee/juice. Also rooms needed a good airing. This was not good value for money - even during a busy time of year in Italy
